The accommodation includes a roomy rear facing and quiet sitting room with fine panoramic views over the city skyline including the monuments on Calton Hill. This room offers a comfortable double sofa bed for the 3rd/4th members of your party if required, a dining area and open plan kitchen.

The generous sized double bedroom includes a luxurious kingsize bed and a good range of 'Stag' bedroom furniture along with unique views onto the Royal Mile. A good night sleep is ensured by the special acoustic glass fitted in to the secondary double doors.

The modern bathroom has a fully tiled walls and floor, a three piece suite including bath with over shower, a heated towel rail and shaver socket.
